Introducing a Full Development Pathway

We’re excited to announce a collaboration with Hotspurs Soccer Club beginning in the fall 2020/21 season.

Players from both the Arsenal Academy Program and the Hotspurs College Prep Phase (U16-U19) will have the opportunity to earn a spot with the NPSL or WPSL First Team squad.

As the soccer platforms in the US continue to change, this collaboration enables our top players to continue to gain national exposure through participating in the NPSL/WPSL. It will serve to motivate all players and will raise the standard of training and development for both clubs.

What are the benefits?

This collaboration provides players greater opportunities to train and play at the highest levels with and against the top talent in the Pittsburgh area, from youth to collegiate and adult players.

Each site -- Arsenal in the City, Hotspurs Butler, Hotspurs Harmarville -- works together to create a deeper pool of players, further challenging our players without extensive travel.

With our aligned club missions and visions, the experienced coaches working together, and sharing resources, this collaboration complements the quality team training that is already in place and will enhance the overall player experience.
